1. Digital Gift Cards and Game Cards

All digital gift cards, codes, and game top-ups sold on our website are non-refundable once delivered.
Because digital codes are unique and instantly usable, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after a code has been issued or viewed.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, invalid, or already-used code, we will verify the issue and replace the product as quickly as possible.

To request verification, please contact our support team with:

• Order ID or invoice number
• Screenshot of the error message
• Description of the issue

2. Physical Gift Cards

For physical cards, returns are accepted only if:

• The item is damaged or defective on arrival.
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The card is unused and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.
• Orders for physical cards can be canceled only before shipping. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible.

To cancel a physical card order, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved (for valid cases), the amount will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card).
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Verification & Fraud Prevention

Violet Bangladesh reserves the right to verify all refund and return requests to prevent misuse or fraudulent claims.
We may require additional information such as screenshots, proof of transaction, or identity verification if necessary.
